About Select+
Select+ is operated by Lucky Lemon Ltd under the Select+ brand. Lucky Lemon Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17494198. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@selectplusmusic.com.
Using the service
You may use Select+ only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age or guardian-permission requirement that applies where you live.
You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits, use automated methods to overload it, or publish unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading content through a shared link.
Apple Music and Apple services
Select+ works with Apple Music; it is not a streaming service. An active Apple Music subscription is required for playback. Catalogue access and feature availability depend on a compatible Apple device and Apple’s services. Availability of tracks, albums, radio and other Apple Music content is controlled by Apple and can vary by country, account and time.
Your use of Apple Music, the App Store and related Apple services is also governed by Apple's terms. Unless a custom end-user licence is shown in the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA applies to the licensed app.
Mixes, saving and export
Generated playlists are suggestions and do not automatically save. Saving a mix inside Select+ and adding a playlist to Apple Music each require an explicit action. You are responsible for checking a mix before playing, sharing or exporting it.
Select+ cannot guarantee that every suggested track will remain available or that every mix will suit every audience, event or circumstance.
Public sharing
If you create a public playlist link, anyone who receives or discovers that link may be able to view its contents. You are responsible for the playlist title and anything you choose to make public. Select+ may remove shared content or disable links where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent misuse.
To request removal of a link, contact support@selectplusmusic.com and include the full share URL.
Purchases and refunds
Select+ is free to download and includes 3 free mix creations. After these, unlimited mix creation requires a one-off lifetime unlock. The UK price is £3.99; local pricing and the applicable purchase terms are shown in the App Store before confirmation. There is no recurring Select+ subscription. An Apple Music subscription is separate and required for playback.
The lifetime unlock is a one-off in-app purchase. To restore a previous unlock, use Restore Purchases in Select+ while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Any purchase of Select+ through the App Store is processed by Apple and is subject to the price and purchase information shown before confirmation. App Store billing, refunds and statutory cancellation rights are handled in accordance with Apple's processes and applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
Select+, its branding, original interface, website content and software are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by intellectual-property law. Music, artwork, artist names, Apple services and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Select+ may change, suspend or discontinue features to improve the product, respond to third-party service changes, maintain security or comply with law. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, Select+ is provided for personal entertainment and is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and protections of the country where you normally live, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when Select+ or the law changes. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply, subject to your statutory rights.
