How the free mixes and unlock work
Download Select+ free and create your first 3 mixes free. Then unlock unlimited mix creation with a £3.99 one-off lifetime payment in the UK. There is no Select+ subscription. Local pricing is shown in the App Store, and an Apple Music subscription is required for playback.
Restore a previous purchase
Use Restore Purchases in Select+ with the Apple Account used for your lifetime unlock. If the unlock is not restored, contact support and include any error message. Never send your password or payment details.
Apple Music will not play
Confirm that your Apple Music subscription is active, Music access is allowed for Select+, and the device has an internet connection. Some catalogue items may not be available in every region.
A generated mix is not in Mixes
Select+ never auto-saves generated playlists. Tap the heart or save control when you want to keep a mix.
A playlist is not in Apple Music
Saving inside Select+ and adding to Apple Music are separate choices. Use the explicit Apple Music export action when you want the playlist added there.
Remove a public shared playlist
Email support with the complete selectplusmusic.app share URL. We may ask for information needed to confirm that you created the link.
Privacy and legal requests
Use the same email address for privacy-rights requests, content-removal requests or legal notices. Put “Privacy request” or “Legal notice” in the subject line so it can be routed correctly.
